Steamed baby potatoes cut into thin slices
Caramelized onions
Prosciutto di San Daniele
Aged balsamic

Ingredients for Pizza Dough
4 ½ cups (675 g) unbleached all-purpose flour
8 tsp (40 ml) sugar

2 tsp instant yeast
2 tsp salt
2 cups (500 ml) warm water
Ingredients for Grana Padano Bechamel:
½ an onion, chopped fine
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
2 cloves
Pinch white pepper
Pinch Salt
Directions
Cook onions in the butter on medium low heat till soft and translucent. Add flour and cook 3-4 minutes stirring constantly. Add milk, cloves, white pepper and salt. Turn up heat to medium high and bring to boil stirring constantly. Once sauce has thickened, turn heat down to low and add Grana Padano and whisk till smooth and combined.
