Prosciutto di Parma, Bagels & More

Ingredients
8 slices Prosciutto di Parma
4 English muffins and/or bagels, split and toasted
4 soft boiled eggs, halved
1 tomato, sliced
1 avocado, cut into 8 wedges
½ cup whole milk ricotta cheese
½ cup cream cheese
½ cup caperberries
Fresh fruit such as peaches, melon or figs
Directions
Place ricotta and cream cheese in separate bowls. Set in center of the board and surround with the remaining ingredients.
Serves 4
