Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Spicy Bomba and White Balsamic Vinaigrette, Crumbled Grana Padano Cheese & Prosciutto di Parma

Romaine lettuce, Tuscan basil, tomatoes,


      1 Romaine heart washed and cut
      7 Cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
     ¼ cup Grana Padano Cheese (crumbled)
150g Prosciutto di Parma (sliced)


For the vinaigrette

 2 tbsp White Balsamic vinegar
 2 tbsp Spicy Bomba or CH hot pepper spread
 ¼ cup olive oil
 ½ tsp Salt


Measure all vinaigrette ingredients into mason jar and shake. Arrange washed and dried Romaine leaves and place on a plate. Top with cherry tomatoes, Prosciutto di Parma and Grana Padano cheese. Drizzle vinaigrette and serve.
