Our Products —

The producers of Prosciutto di San Daniele PDO, Grana Padano cheese PDO and Prosciutto di Parma PDO are excited to be part of a promotional campaign funded by the European Union to celebrate the legendary quality, tradition and taste of these world–renowned products. In subtle or dramatic ways, these products look and taste different, yet also have a lot in common.

Each has been made for centuries in a particular place with traditional production methods, and each  belongs to an elite group of European products certified under the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) system, guaranteeing quality and authenticity.

Prosciutto di San Daniele

Prosciutto di San Daniele PDO is crafted with an ancient artisanal process which embodies a century-old tradition. It is matured for at least 13 months, exclusively in San Daniele del Friuli, north of Venice, in Italy. The distinctive sign of excellence of Prosciutto di San Daniele is the consortium's brand. San Daniele can be visually recognized by its shape, which is reminiscent of a guitar.

Thinly sliced Prosciutto di San Daniele is delicious in a wide range of dishes, such as antipasto and main course platters, salads and sandwiches.

Grana Padano cheese

Grana Padano cheese PDO is made in the Po River Valley (Pianura Padana) in Northern Italy from semi-skimmed cow's milk, and is generally aged from 9 to over 24 months.

Naturally Lactose free, with a rich source of quality proteins, vitamins and mineral salts, especially calcium, Grana Padano cheese is a staple in Italian cuisine. It is the world’s best-selling PDO cheese.

Grana Padano cheese is an excellent table cheese for snacking or as a part of a cheese board and is also a fantastic grating cheese for pasta, soups and for cooking in general.

Prosciutto di Parma

The production of Parma Ham is the story of a special relationship between man and nature. It can be produced only in Parma Italy, and is identified by the Parma crown which guarantees its quality and authenticity.

Prosciutto di Parma, PDO qualifies as a 100% natural product. Additives, such as nitrites and nitrates, are prohibited. Prosciutto di Parma is a great addition to pizzas, panini, pastas, salads and other dishes.

PDO is short for Protected Designation of Origin, a European Community system designed to provide legally binding name protection for an elite group of high-quality foods. All cheeses, cured meats and other products awarded PDO certification are made according to traditional methods in a specific geographic region in Europe. The PDO system aids consumers, retailers, chefs and others in distinguishing between authentic European products and their many imitators.
